Open in Case of Emergency

The "Open in Case of Emergency" project is a design response to the military, social and climate challenges of recent years. The resulting product is a set of clear instructions and templates for making durable and comfortable furniture in conditions of limited resources and time – packed in simple boxes worth opening in case of war, natural disasters or waves of refugees. Anyone in need will be able to assemble their own furniture from scrap materials, including reusing profiles and drywall after breaking down unrecyclable partitions.
